Chef Lee's (Lee-San) cuisine is offered with warm Hawaiian hospitality.  At Iwayama (Rock Mountain) Sushi we welcome everyone from the most experienced sushi eater to the non-sushi eater.  Our simple but diverse menu will offer something to please everyone.

 

We offer the finest ingredients from all over the world.  Our fish comes next day air from the Hawaiian Fish Auction and Tsukiji Market in Tokyo, Japan.  Our selection will vary depending on the day's availability.
